The Queen's Baton Relay in the Solomon Islands

On 2-3 February, the Queen’s Baton Relay visited the Solomon Islands.
During the visit the Baton was present for a celebration at Unity Square in the capital city Honiara, which is home to the biggest flag and tallest flagpole in the Pacific region! Martin Rara, President of the National Olympic Committee of Solomon Islands gave a speech to commemorate the occasion.
While in the capital, the Baton also went to Commonwealth Street.
